Medical Insurance
There are two ways to obtain medical insurance in the United States: by purchasing insurance from a U.S. insurance company through your university or other educational institution in Pittsburgh, or by obtaining insurance for overseas travelers in Japan. In the United States, where medical expenses are extremely high, if you receive medical care without insurance, you will be charged an exorbitant amount. It is essential to have some form of medical insurance.
